    Mr. S.D. Shibulal

    Co-founder and former MD & CEO of Infosys, Mr. Shibulal played a pivotal role in the growth of one of India’s largest software companies’, where he was instrumental in the evolution of the Global delivery model which established a new standard for the delivery of outsourced IT services. As Chairman of The Tamara, Mr. Shibulal will instill the highest standards of corporate governance and excellence, bringing to the board of the Tamara a wealth of experience from his previous experiences. Mr. Shibulal is wedded to the vision of a 'Sustainable Good Life’, ensuring that the design and architecture of The Tamara Coorg render minimal impact on the natural ecosystem of the area, while at the same time providing guests with luxury accommodation, facilities and hospitality on par with the best in the world.

    Mr. N Mahesh

    A veteran in hospitality architecture, driven by an intuitive need to create a difference without changing the most beautiful elements of nature & life, Mr N Mahesh designs to innovate and to grow. From C.A.T. to all other projects, undertaken by him, each had one signature element – immaculate designs coupled with practicality & topped with eco friendly structures. With almost 3 decades of experience as Architect, Engineer & Interior Designer, he is both the foundation and pillar for the organization. Apart from an impressive portfolio of 25 Resort Hotels & Tourist Infrastructure projects incorporating Energy conservation, Eco-friendly concepts & Appropriate Technology, he is known for managing complex structural challenges and is respected as a proponent of empowerment, accountability and for driving efficient and effective processes.
    Mahesh is regarded all over Asia for his proven skill in creating ‘Soft Architecture’ by using natural materials such as timber, clay, mud wall, thatch, etc. while achieving a luxurious ambience.

    Mr. Senthil Kumar N

    Mr.Senthil Kumar is the Director & CEO at The Tamara.
    An IIMB alumni & mechanical engineer from BITS Pillani Mr Senthil Kumar N is also a pro in financial services & equity management. Characterized as a Visionary, Strategist and Planner he has a consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in growth, revenue, operational performance, and profitability. His participation in high level operational initiatives, including creating & implementing structures and strategies have improved organizational performance and enabled the organization to thrive through periods of change. As a Mentor he enjoys motivating and leading talented professionals. Living the Tamara culture and leading by example he makes high-stake decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics and irreproachable integrity.

    Ms. Shruti Shibulal

    Ms. Shruti Shibulal Promoter & Director at The Tamara, holds an executive position as Director - Strategy & Development.
    Ms. Shruti is one of India’s next generation entrepreneurs and a MBA graduate from Columbia Business School. She completed her BS degree from Haverford College following which she began her career with Merrill Lynch in 2006. She was later associated with Avant Garde Hospitality & established Fava & Caperberry, two of Bangalore’s premier restaurants. In 2009 she received the Star Youth Achiever Award at the Global Marketing Forum. She was also named one of India's Top 25 at 25 by Savvy Magazine. Shruti is keen on promoting sustainable living and responsible tourism in India. Her vision has now been translated into The Tamara Coorg. She hopes that future generations will respect and enjoy this concept developed in tandem with the natural beauty and ecosystem of Coorg. As Director - Strategy & Development at The Tamara, she is planning for long term business growth of the company while maintaining the key company principles on responsible tourism. She will be critical in shaping the future direction of The Tamara Hospitality business in India.

    Mrs. Sudha Gopalakrishnan

    Mrs. Sudha Gopalakrishnan, Director at The Tamara is a trustee of the Pratiksha Trust, a charitable trust set up by the Kris Gopalakrishnan family. She was a trustee of the Infosys Foundation till 2014. Her interests include education, arts, organic farming, agriculture and philanthropy.

    Dr. Anand Kasturi

    An Independent Director at The Tamara, Dr. Kasturi is the CEO and Consultant of Anand Kasturi Consulting, a company owned by him. He holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a PhD in Business Studies from the University of Buckingham, UK. Dr. Kasturi works with organizations both Indian and global in the area of ‘Services Management.’ He also supports senior leadership of various organizations as an Executive Coach. He has formerly worked with an IT major as well as a leading hotel chain. Dr. Kasturi’s considerable expertise in Services Management will augment customer service and corporate excellence at The Tamara.
