Guests can also choose to enjoy their meals outdoors at the attached al fresco dining area, available for intimate candlelit dinners!

Pandi Curry
Pandi Curry

The most famous of Coorgi dishes, this curry is prepared with pork meat, cooked in a freshly made masala paste using spices which lend their rich colour and mouth-watering taste to a signature curry.

Kadumbuttu
Kadumbuttu

Kadmbuttu, or rice ball, is a dish of booked broken rice, rolled into small bite-sized balls and steamed. This is a very popular dish in Coorg, and goes very well with any curry, especially Pandi curry.

Akki Otti
Akki Otti

Akki Otti or Akki Rotti is a delicious Coorgi bread prepared with cooked rice and rice flour. It is a famous breakfast food, and a favourite of the region, often served with Ellu Pajji or chutney.

Bimbale Curry
Bimbale Curry

Bimbale Curry is a curry made with bamboo shoot. A seasonal monsoon delicacy of Coorg, it is prepared with sliced bamboo shoot, chopped finely, and boiled with spices other ingredients.

Kummu Curry
Kummu Curry

Made with local wild mushrooms and Coorgi spices, Kummu Curry is one of the most famous curries of Coorg. It is a mouth-watering delicacy, and a local favourite; a perfect combination with Akki Otti.

Nooputtu
Nooputtu

Nooputtu is a Coorgi rice noodle dish. Cooked rice floor is pressed through a noodle press and steamed before being served on a banana leaf. Perfect combined with any dish!

Koovale Puttu
Koovale Puttu

Koovale Puttu is made with ripe jackfruit and broken rice, steamed in folded Koovale leaves. This delicacy is one of the famous breakfast preparations during jackfruit season.

Paputtu
Paputtu

Paputtu, or rice cake, is prepared with milk, rice, coconut, and cardamom by steaming them all together. It is best served with mutton or chicken curry.

Koli Curry
Koli Curry

This chicken curry is prepared with typical Coorgi spices, cooking the meat to softness. The flavour of Kachampuli makes this curry especially mouth-watering.

Thambuttu
Thambuttu

Thambuttu is one of the most popular desserts made in Coorg. It is prepared with the local variety of banana, combined with fresh rice, cardamom, and jaggery. Most Coorgi festivals, especially the Puttari festival, are celebrated with this sweet dish.
